' Neil Gaiman announced via video that he will write a new Sandman miniseries that will detail what happened to Morpheus to allow him to be so easily captured in The Sandman #1. J.H. Williams III will provide the art. 'It was a story that we discussed telling for Sandman's 20th anniversary,' Gaiman said, 'but the time got away from us. And now, with Sandman's 25th anniversary year coming up, I'm delighted, and nervous, that that story is finally going to be told.' The series will be published by Vertigo sometime next year.

' Peter Panzerfaust, the Image Comics series that reimagines Peter Pan and his Lost Boys as resistance fighters in Nazi-occupied France, is winding its way toward BBC television.

' Constantin Films has acquired the rights to Joe Golem and the Drowning City, the new illustrated novel by Hellboy creator Mike Mignola and frequent collaborator Christopher Golden.

' Joe Cornish will direct Fox's adaptation of Royden Lepp's graphic novel Rust: Visitor in the Field.

Will Morpheus be wearing a horrible Jim Lee costume?

Thanks for doing these summaries. There is a lot of info, but very little actual news, and this is a huge timesaver.

@Sam @Dean Stop fighting you guys; you're brothers for crying out loud.

@The SmoothOperator: Brothers fight; they even kill (just look at Cain & Abel) ;-)

Good to know that Terry Moore does have an endgame to Rachel Rising. It's really bizarre.
